The festivities began with a cozy Mehendi at the couple’s home in Scarsdale, NY. The bride’s intricate henna and the warm golden tones set the stage for the joyful days ahead. Laughter and music filled the evening as family and friends gathered to kick off the celebration. Two lively dance performances brought an extra dose of excitement before the night wrapped up.
Day two started in true tradition with the Haldi ceremony at the stylish El Vez restaurant in NYC. The groom’s cheerful yellow hues and the bride’s floral jewelry created a beautiful contrast against vibrant decor. Loved ones joined in applying turmeric, symbolizing blessings and joy for the couple’s journey ahead. Later, portraits along the Hudson added a romantic touch to this lively morning.
As the sun set, the celebration moved to The Lighthouse at Chelsea Piers for a dazzling Sangeet. Colorful backdrops, upbeat Bollywood tracks, and incredible performances by friends and family set the tone for an unforgettable evening. From coordinated group dances to heartfelt speeches, every moment celebrated love, laughter, and cultural pride.
The big day began at Conrad New York Downtown, where the bride and groom prepared in elegant suites. A romantic first look was followed by family portraits and a one-of-a-kind helicopter ride for the groom, making for truly cinematic moments.
The baraat brought high energy to Cipriani South Street as the groom made his grand entrance. The ceremony space was transformed into a floral paradise, with lush greenery and white blooms creating a serene, ethereal setting. After the sacred vows, guests enjoyed a lively cocktail hour and a breathtaking ballroom reveal.
The reception sparkled with emotional speeches, energetic performances, and a packed dance floor that kept the night alive until the final beats.
